Christina Aguilera, Bratman divorce 'finalised'

Christina Aguilera's divorce from former husband Jordan Bratman has been finalised, according to court filings.

In October 2010, the couple officially announced their split, with Aguilera filing for divorce just days later.
According to a legal settlement reached in February, Aguilera and her former husband's marriage was legally dissolved today, April 15, following the conclusion of a six-month processing period required by California law.

Neither Aguilera nor Bratman have commented at this time, but the Voice judge recently claimed that she's learned to laugh about "hiccups" in her personal life.

The pair first began dating in 2002 and tied the knot three years later in a private ceremony in Napa Valley. They are the parents to 3-year-old son Max.

After confirming their split last year, Aguilera revealed that her relationship with Bratman had grown to be "unhealthy and unhappy" in the ensuing years since their wedding.

In March, the singer was arrested for public intoxication in Los Angeles while her current boyfriend Matthew Rutler was charged with driving under the influence.

Christina Aguilera Has New Job With NBC

Just a day after her arrest fiasco occurred the singer and occasional actress Christina Aguilera signed on to be a judge/coach on NBC's new show 'The Voice'. ?

'The Voice' is a new singing competition which will be a lot like 'American Idol'. Participants will compete to win $100,000 and a record deal with Universal Republic. The host of the show will be Carson Daly and will air April 26. 

Christina will be joining fellow judges Hip Hop artist Cee Lo Green and 'Maroon 5' frontman Adam Levine for the show.

I'm not a fan of 'American Idol' so I won't be tuning in for this show either. The fact that it's a like a low-budget Idol doesn't do it for me. Nice try NBC but maybe you can try coming up with something more original next time around.

Pink Tweets "Look Ma!! No Cuffs!!"

The adorable pixie haired musician Pink tweets quiet often but today she made a slight reference to fellow singer Christina Aguilera being arrested.

I've been a fan of hers for years and out of the three she listed in her tweet she was definitely the one I'd put money on to be the troublemaker but that didn't turn out to be the case. Not that the 31 year old pregnant singer hasn't been without her share of ups and downs.

In early 2008, after much speculation, Pink and motorcross husband Carey Hart announced they were splitting after 2 years of marriage. The two spent time together in late 2008 after Carey Hart's brother passed away and they announced that there 'dating' again in early 2009. The couple never officially divorced and openly announced they were back together in early 2010.

Pink announced she was pregnant with her and Hart's first child on the 'Ellen DeGeneres Show' in November 2010.

Good news is...throughout her hectic life and successful career she has yet to find herself in cuffs ha-ha. I'm happy that she and Carey Hart ended up together!

Christina Aguilera Arrested

TMZ has just reported that 31 year old singer Christina Aguilera was arrested at 2:45am today. She was booked by the West Hollywood Sheriff Station on a misdemeanor charge.

It appears that Christina's 25 year old boyfriend Matthew Rutler was driving when he was pulled over for driving erratically. Law enforcement sources reported that Christina appeared too intoxicated to take care of herself so she was taken in.

Christina was released on $250 bail and Matthew Rutler is being held on $30,000 bail.
Christina Aguilera recently divorced music marketing executive Jordan Bratman after 5 years of marriage. The pair is sharing custody of their son Max.
