Tiger Woods to demolish a $48.7 Million Mansion!

When I heard the news this morning I was truly shocked. Tiger Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren are actually planning on demolishing their Florida mansion later this month in order to build a "family home" - they're expecting a child this summer.
He isn't going to build a larger one as most other celebrities would do but a house less than half the size of the current mansion.

It looks like he�s finally going to get some use for his money. It�s been a dead asset for months. - says his neighbour Joe Farnish


I'm not sure what to say. What's wrong with the current mansion? I'm sure he could make better use of the money, like donating to charities or give them to me! :> - but who cares anyway, he's got plenty of other mansions on this world.

Beckams to move to US

Just found out that Victoria Beckam spent her weekend in Los Angeles looking for a new 'posh' house. This follows speculations that David is transferring to the U.S. soccer team, LA Galaxy.

She spent ALLL day Sunday taking a tour of several pricey homes in L.A.

She even looked at a house on the street where Tom and Katie (Cruise) live.

*Cruise bracketed as she considers to do what neither of Tom's previous two wives did, which is take his name.

Britney Upgrades Her Houses ($$ millions)

Oh boy, alot of gossip about Britney this week. First the sex tape, and now this.. what's next?

So, she's put her house that Federline and her bought when they were together up for sale for $13.5 million, located in Malibu.

Rumours are that she is looking to buy another house in Florida for more than twice that amount, an estimate of $29 million.

How can she afford it?

Well, it appears that she's expecting a big payday soon. She is rumoured to be planning a Las Vegas concert, and the star also reported that she has negotiated a 20-week $15 million exclusive peformance with the Palms Hotel and Casino.
