Chicago Police Department says the body is Julian King's
Chicago police have confirmed the body they found earlier in the day was in fact Julian King, Jennifer Hudson's 7-year-old nephew.Cops say they are reviewing surveillance tapes in the neighborhood where the SUV was found.
Police also say they are zooming in on the timeline -- it's still unclear when the SUV showed up in the neighborhood with Julian's body.
Cops have not named anyone as an official suspect. They have called William Balfour "a person of interest." Our law enforcement sources, however, have said Balfour is indeed the prime suspect.
Police spokeswoman Monique Bond says the boy had been shot.
The boy was shot to the Head
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office has not yet confirmed the boy is in fact Julian King.
Sean Howard, a spokesman for Cook County, says Jennifer Hudson has not yet arrived to ID the body -- but should be there shortly.
THE HEARTLESS MURDER & it's details
The Chicago Tribune cites law enforcement sources who say the boy was shot multiple times while in the back of the vehicle. Police are testing the clothing of the suspect in custody for gunshot residue -- we believe that to be William Balfour, the estranged husband of Jennifer Hudson's sister.
Julian King's Body Found in SUV
The body was found inside a 1994 white Chevy Suburban. It is the same SUV owned by Jason Hudson, the murdered brother of Jennifer. Before his arrest, cops were looking for William Balfour, the suspect and estranged husband of Jennifer's sister. The license plate of the Suburban matches Jason's SUV.
The SUV was found a few miles from the area where cops arrested Balfour. The SUV is now being towed from the scene. Unclear if the body is still at the scene. No ID so far.
Neighbors say the vehicle has been parked there since Saturday. Balfour was arrested Friday night. The SUV has been towed with the body still inside the vehicle. The SUV is now at a police garage in Chicago.

Health: Doing Regular Exercise may reduce your Cholesterol
There are a few people who think less about cholesterol and fats in their blood. But the fact is, in general our knowledge about cholesterol is very less and we are only familiar to the term and hardly know much about it.
Good cholesterol is referred to as HDL (High Density Lipoprotein), and bad cholesterol as LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein). We can easily reduce the cholesterol level in our blood by simply eating food with less fat, avoiding sweet and milk made foods, and most importantly by doing regular exercise. A good cholesterol (HDL) ensures the stoppage of fat deposits in the blood vessels of the heart, whereas bad cholesterol (LDL) gets deposited in the blood vessels of the heart and creates a block, as a result, chances of heart attack increases.
In most of the cases it is seen that the HDL amount is a bit lower in the blood, and this is normal although there is no such exceptional medicines that can increase its amount. But by doing regular exercise we can surely get rid off the bad cholesterol, so to keep the good balance, everyone should do exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
Eat well. Keep yourself safe.
