account, where she is seen wearing a dangerously low-cut outfit and holding a kitty merely by its neck scruff.

A small black cat seems to be dangling from Kardashian�s left hand as she poses for the camera, sporting a pout on her face. �Pic from my photoshoot yesterday...good kitty cat,� reads a message accompanying the picture.
Soon after she posted that picture, the Twitter world went abuzz with hate comments for the celebrity for being unkind to the poor animal. Kardashian�s picture also sparked a new debate on the right way to hold a kitten.
While many people slammed her for her poor handling of the kitten, there were also those who sided with the socialite, saying kittens can actually be held that way.

However, PETA strongly disagrees. Not only did they write to Kardashian about the correct method of holding a kitten gently, they also tried to instruct the public on the matter. The animal rights organization wants to raise the awareness of people on handling kittens.
