Let�s see, her dad like many thinks she needs to return to rehab, she perhaps owes $600K in credit card expenses, the police think she may have stolen a Rolex watch among other legal issues that might put her in jail, and now Lindsay Lohan has just lost another potential movie part. But on the bright side, Lindsay is doing great if you believe her delusional mom Dina.
Anyway Lindsay was slated to star in �The Other Side,� along with Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette.
The movie by writer/director David Michaels, is about a grad student working on a deserted island.
Michaels tells TMZ, �Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we�ll soon be announcing a replacement.�
But sources connected with the film tell TMZ, the people financing the film were skittish about relying on Lindsay.
This is a common pattern for Lindsay over the last 2 years in mysteriously losing movie rolls at the last minute. There are constant rumors that other actors are unwilling to work with her, and that insurance companies are unwilling to back any projects she is associated with.
Meanwhile, after blowing off two depositions for her 2007 (alleged drug fueled) rampage in a hijacked SUV with three hostages, Lohan has one more opportunity to get her act together. Three men have sued Lohan, accusing her of kidnapping and endangering their lives. The trio claims Lohan jumped into a vehicle they were passengers in and took off on a wild ride along the Pacific Coast Highway. A judge has threatened to throw the book at Lindsay if she fails to attend the hearing, which is now scheduled for May 4th.
