More Women Step Forward in Case Against Steven Seagal for sexual harrasment and rape.Ex wife said endure daily rapes.
Seagal is being sued by Nguyen (above) for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment.
The actor hired the 23-year-old model to be his executive assistant. According to her lawsuit, he not only treated her "as his sex toy," but that he had "two young female Russian 'attendants' on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."
Nguyen says she complained about Seagal touching her breasts, putting his hands up her skirt and forcing her hand down his pants, but nothing was done, and she explains that he tried to sexually assault her the next day.
Two more women have come forward to accuse action star Steven Seagal of sexual harassment, and one is the granddaughter of soul legend Ray Charles, TMZ.com reports.
Kayden Nguyen, a former model from Los Angeles, filed a civil suit in Los Angeles earlier this month claiming that Seagal hired her to be his assistant, flew her to rural Louisiana, where he was filming the A&E reality show "Steven Seagal Lawman" (it was since been put on hiatus by the law enforcement agency that Seagal worked for) and expected her service him sexually.
We have even recently heard from his ex-wife Kelly Brock who was not surprised by the accusations, and is simply upset (since they have kids together). When asked about her autobiography, she said:
I was constantly raped and abused my whole life, and continued I had a life before Steven Seagal, and a life after him. This book is not about Steven Seagal. But good or bad, he is a part of my life.
The two new accusers filed declarations in support of Nguyen's suit. One is Charles' granddaughter Blair Robinson, who says Seagal met her at Ray's 2004 funeral and invited her back to his home, along with her father, to discuss a job as an assistant. Robinson says she took the job, but Seagal asked for a massage on his first day and tried to give her one in return. "It became clear to me that he wanted and expected sexual favors as part of my job duties," she says in the declaration.
The other woman says Seagal took her to his bedroom and felt her breasts, telling her he was doing it "just as a doctor would for lumps." Hey, maybe this versatile actor is simply researching his next reality show: Steven Seagal Gynecologist.
Seagal's lawyer, Marty Singer, previously tried to discredit Nguyen by saying she had gotten fired for using illegal drugs. Singer tells TMZ.com that Seagal didn't know either of the two new women: "The declarations were clearly prepared by Nguyen's lawyer to be leaked to the media to help bolster his client's meritless claims."
Two more women have accused Steven Seagal of sexual assault, TMZ reports.
According to the Web site, both, who say they were hired as personal assistants but quit due to Seagal's behavior, are assisting Kayden Nguyen with her lawsuit against the movie star. They provided Nguyen's defense with sworn statements that claim they were victims of Seagal's, too.
One alleged that he fondled her breasts and told her that he was "checking just as a doctor would for lumps."
"Seagal reached his hand down my pants. He said, 'I just wanted to touch it for a second to see what it felt like,'" her statement read.
Seagal's lawyer, Marty Singer, has shot back at the new accusations. "My client has no knowledge of these women and a preliminary check of his employment records does not show that they ever worked for him."
Singer added: "The declarations were clearly prepared by Nguyen's lawyer to be leaked to the media to help bolster his client's meritless claims."
Meanwhile, Sonam Choezom, the former nanny for the 'Under Siege' star, told TMZ she is "very surprised" by the allegations being made and that he was "always very nice and respectful" when she worked for him. Choezom said she never felt threatened during her employment.
This whole dilemma seems to be just a mess to me. First the personal assistant files a lawsuit, then two more accusers (real or not) surface, and the whole time no one grants it any credibility on the side of Steven Seagal. Sonam Choezom, his former nanny, now says she doesnt believe it either.
This story hasnt been in the news long, and after several claims from both sides, TMZ has now talked with the aforementioned employee, who has nothing but good things to say. Now it just looks like a battle of who can get more people on their side for the case!
Apparently Sonam Choezom & Steven Seagal met and he offered her a job to come nanny for him so she could afford her ill fathers medical treatments. This was back in 1996 and she said she encountered nothing but a kind and considerate atmosphere. When she heard about the sex case she said, I was very surprised.
Not everyone shares the mindset that the 57 year old is so honest in his ways. Possible sexual harassment issues seem to find a way to crop into the Lawman actors life.
This will obviously need to be handled delicately, regardless of the integrity of the allegations. That is why lawyers got involved immediately and have been scheming (for lack of a better word) ever since! I believe more drama is sure to come before this all unfolds!
