Lindsay Lohan is going to jail goes for shopping spree.

Lindsay Lohan could be sent back to jail tomorrow morning, less than two months after her last stint behind bars.

So what's a girl to do before she's stripped of all her luxuries but to indulge in some retail therapy and shop for pretty things.

The actress was snapped out and about in West Hollywood yesterday visiting a jewellers and a clothes shop.

And she didn't seem too concerned that she would be facing a judge in 24 hours time having failed her last two drugs test and having a bench warrant issued for her arrest.

Lindsay, 24, looked as though she didn't have a care in the world as she went shopping for clothes at H&M and RVCA.

In black leggings, a whiteT-shirt and cropped black top, she even raised a smile for the cameras as she left the clothing stores chatting on her phone.

She then put on a pink beanie hat and headed off to jewellers Roseark and left a short while later clutching a catalogue and her BlackBerry phone.

She then went to visit a friend in Los Angeles before heading home to prepare for tomorrow.

Lindsay was making the most of her freedom before her 8.30am court date.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox stated before that Lindsay would serve 30 days for each failed drug test or probation violation which means Lindsay is looking at 60 days in jail.

And as this is her second probation violation in less than three months, there's not much likelihood that the judge will be patient with her.

Despite apologising on Twitter for her actions, this time the Mean Girls star will not be allowed to leave early, but will have to serve the full 60 days.

'Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before Judge Fox next week as a result,' Lohan posted on her Twitter on Friday.

'I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard.

'But also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful....Thank you all!'
