Predictably, Lindsay Lohan is out of jail. Judge Patricia Schnegg who reversed Judge Elden Fox�s decision to hold Lindsay without bail. Apparently not allowing bail on misdemeanors is illegal. But so is violating probation by testing positive for cocaine.
Lindsay left Lynwood jail after posting $300,000 bail. She�s required to wear a SCRAM bracelet, again, won�t be allowed near known drug users, must submit to search by law enforcement at any time and can�t go clubbing or any place where alcohol is the chief item of sale. She�ll have to return to court on Oct. 22 to be sentenced.
So Lindsay broke the law four or more times and only served maybe 5% of her sentence. Why even waste money sentencing Lindsay. Just look at her sternly and shake your finger at her because that�s pretty much what�s going on here.
