Echoing what Sandra Bullock said yesterday, the rehabbing Monster Garage star on Wednesday denied the existence of a kinky, incredibly un-P.C. sex tape featuring him and his estranged Oscar-winning wife.

"The claims of sex tapes are untrue and completely fabricated," James said in a statement to People.

Since he said "tapes," it sounds as if he's also denying the existence of an alleged dozen homemade videos featuring him, other partners and, according to RadarOnline, "a mass amount of Nazi paraphernalia."

Actress Sandra Bullock may be working on divorcing her cheating hubby, but for now has decided to resume communicating with Jesse James through "intermediaries."

�Sandra and Jesse spoke once when he left rehab,� an inside source told RadarOnline.com today. �But the majority of communication has been through intermediaries. They�ve been passing messages back and forth.�

The celebrity gossip site first reported that Jesse initially left a sex rehab facility in Arizona after the Academy Award-winning star refused to take his phone calls.

James has said he wants the marriage to work and entered rehab to prove to Bullock he was serious about wanting to make things right.
"She refused to take one of his calls from the rehab center and he got furious and left,� the source said.

Bullock, 45, recently confronted James about his adulterous behavior long before In Touch magazine revealed that he was having an affair with a former stripper named Michelle McGee.

�[Jesse] was drinking while they were talking. He broke down in tears and tried to manipulate [Bullock] with his daughter,� a source told RadarOnline.com of their final blowout.

�Immediately after that conversation he started driving to Arizona. He was going to prove to Sandra that he was serious about saving the marriage.�

Despite James' attempts to patch up the marriage, sources said Bullock is adamant on divorcing the 40-year-old bad boy biker.

After McGee detailed her affair with James last month, a string of other women have claimed they had sexual relationships with the motorcycle mechanic.

Bullock, who married James in 2005, won an Oscar last month for her role in the movie "The Blind Side."

Jesse really self-destructed," Trump said. "He was on 'The Apprentice' and he did a really good job. He's a tough guy. He's very sullen, but he's tough. But he really did self-destruct and I can't imagine after what he's been with and what he's done that he gets Sandra back."

Sandra Bullock is reportedly preparing to cut Jesse James loose.

The Oscar-winning actress has prepared divorce papers to end her four-year marriage to the Jesse James is a Dead Man and former Monster Garage star after allegations recently surfaced that he had affairs with several other women, RadarOnline reported Monday.





James checked into Arizona's Sierra Tucson Treatment Center for a 45-day sex addiction treatment program, however he reportedly left over the weekend after Bullock refused to take his phone calls. Bullock is currently surrounded by security because she is afraid that James -- who is reportedly staying with a friend -- will attempt to personally confront her, according to RadarOnline.

A second woman then claimed that she also had a two-year affair with James, while Los Angeles photographer Brigitte Daguerre subsequently stated they had sex four times after he hired her to do styling work for his West Coast Choppers in 2008.

A fourth woman has also come forward and claimed through a representative that she had an "intimate" three year relationship with James.

Last week, it was reported that James admitted to Bullock that he had affairs with seven different women before he left for treatment.

While Bullock is apparently preparing divorce papers, it is still unknown when she'll actually file them, according to RadarOnline.

�He wants the marriage back,� an unnamed source told Radar. �And then she refused to take one of his calls from the rehab center and he got furious and left.James entered the clinic last week in a desperate attempt to win back Bullock, who has been humiliated by revelations that he carried on affairs with as many as four mistresses.

James will return to the facility at some point, Radar reported.

�He�s told people he�s going back in,� the source told teh site. �But right now it�s impossible to predict what he�ll do next.�

Star speculated that a moving van spotted outside the couple's home may have also played a role in James leaving the treatment center. Movers were spotted Friday hauling away a couch, love seat and "a ton" of boxes, TMZ reported yesterday, fueling rumors that Bullock may be ready to dump James and move on.
