Now and Then: Lindsay Lohan's dueling mugshots

Photobucket

What a difference three years has made in Lindsay Lohan's looks.

Her 2007 mug shot (right) for one of the two DUI convictions that basically resulted in her current imprisonment due to violations of parole really shows how much she's had done to her upper and lower Donald Duck lips.

In the 2010 booking photo (left), she gives a menacing and amused smirk. Even her eyes now look dead and creepy. And the long, thin, dry hair has faded from a golden blonde to a lighter, ashier hue.

Considering she was clearly blitzed in the 2007 photo, shouldn't she have looked a lot better in the current shot? After all, she's been wearing that SCRAM bracelet for a while, right?

She's certainly working on a nice little prison photo portfolio.

A "scared" but resolute Lindsay Lohan began a 90-day jail sentence on Tuesday, trading nightclubs and Twitter messages for a small, isolated cell and an orange jumpsuit.

Lohan, 24, was booked into an all-female jail in south Los Angeles for violating her probation on two 2007 drunk-driving and cocaine possession charges.

The actress is likely to serve just 14 days behind bars, said Steve Whitmore, spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, which runs the jail system.

Whitmore told reporters that nonviolent female inmates generally serve about 25 percent of their sentence. Good behavior and jail overcrowding programs also reduce the time in L.A. lock-ups, he said.

Beverly Hills Judge Marsha Revel on Tuesday ordered that Lohan must not be released to house arrest or electronic monitoring.

The "Mean Girls" actress, whose promising career has foundered during two years of strenuous partying, looked tired and tense during a brief, silent appearance at a packed Beverly Hills courtroom on Tuesday morning, where she was handcuffed and taken into custody.

Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told reporters Lohan is "scared as anyone would be...and she's resolute. She does her time just like anyone else."

Local TV news helicopters showed live video of Lohan's journey, an unmarked car with tinted windows, to the 2,200-bed Century Regional Detention Facility.

Whitmore said that Lohan "has been extremely cooperative and everything is going smoothly."

She will wear a standard orange jumpsuit, hand in any jewelry, and cellphones and computers are banned.

Lindsay Lohan to play 'Deep Throat' star Linda Lovelace in new biopic, pal says

Photobucket
Lindsay Lohan's luck may finally be turning.

Just a week after Fox411.com reported exclusively that Lindsay Lohan's latest movie role, an opportunity to replace Katie Holmes in "The Other Side," had dried up because of concerns over her lifestyle, reports have surfaced that she is being strongly considered for the lead role in an independent film about the life of "Deep Throat" star Linda Lovelace.

The photographer who took the shocking photos of Lohan holding a gun to her mouth, Tyler Shields, told E! Online that Lohan had already landed the role in director Matthew Wilder's film, titled "Inferno."

SLIDESHOW: Lindsay's Extreme Highs and Lows.

"[Wilder] contacted me and asked me if I would do the promos for the movie," Shields told the website, adding that the official announcement of the film and its star would be made at the Cannes film festival later this month.

In a related story, Shields said he had taken more photographs of Lohan that made the "gun shot" look like a Saturday morning cartoon.

"The photos I have not released will top anything you've seen before," Shields said. "Let's just say they're what you've seen maybe times 10, maybe times 100."

Lindsay Lohan never stood a chance

Being the responsible mother that she is, Dina Lohan arrived in LA yesterday to make sure Lindsay attends her deposition hearing today instead of bailing for the third time and losing the entire lawsuit against her. So naturally the two of them went drinking until two in the morning. TMZ reports:

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

If Lindsay made a beeline for home, she might get 5 or 6 hours of sleep before her deposition this morning ... if she doesn't appear this morning it will be her 3rd no-show and she'll probably lose the case.
Lindsay is being sued by passengers in a car who claim they were held hostage by LiLo during a crazy, drunken ride down Pacific Coast Highway in 2007.

Did anyone actually believe Dina Lohan would be the voice of reason in this whole debacle? As soon as they landed she probably started yelling at Lindsay to buy her margaritas with her "movie money." "You can't show up to a court deposition on an empty stomach, dearie. See? I know how to raise kids. Ooh, your card's been declined. Ali, mommy's gonna have to leave you here until Lindsay can find an ATM. We'll be right back. Promise."

12 Hours Later

"You know who would love these mojitos? Ali. -- I did it again."

Locklear Cited: Hit & Run Drama -Actress serving probation alleged involve in another hit and run.Witness are available.DUI hit Heather Locklear.

PhotobucketPhotobucket

After her DUI in September of 2008, Heather has been serving probation and now we hear about Locklear cited in a hit & run accident. There will have to be some investigation since cops were called to the scene so late. Read more about the tricky situation below, and see more photos and video.

Apparently a neighbor heard the crash at 4:00 am Saturday morning, and the thought is that the actress ran up on the curb and hit a no parking sign with her black BMW and went home. Much later in the day the police were called, looked at the scene and matched the damage on her car. At her home a citation was given, and its gets more interesting there.

There are all different opinions about this accident. Some say that Heather was probably intoxicated, as her car had been on the curb and it was so late in the night. And others, like Blair Berk, her attorney, say it may not have been her driving and no one can prove that she was drunk.

Apparently Locklears cited with a misdemeanor traffic ticket as she is the registered owner of the vehicle, Berk said in a written statement. She was never taken into custody. The matter is still being looked into as it is not yet clear who was driving the vehicle.

The police feel that they can most certainly prove it was the actress that was in charge of the car that night, and will be doing all they can to prove that fact.

An individual heard a crash at 4 a.m. on Saturday, Capt. Ross Bonfiglio of the Ventura County Sheriffs Department. It was her black BMW. [The scene] is close to her home. One of the ways we identified it as her car was debris at the collision scene, which matched her car. We believe theres enough probable cause to establish that she was the driver.

It seems that both sides are diligently trying to make their case. Although they technically arrested her, authorities did not take her into custody as it was just a misdemeanor. And Locklear cited for a hit & run versus another DUI may be lucky, but no one will know since a blood alcohol test couldnt be administered. Im sure we will hear much more soon, as she must appear in court on May 17th.

Tell me what you think about this accident and all the complications in the comment section. Also dont miss these pictures and video below.
