Ryan Murphy, the creator of the Fox hit, is considering this idea after it came his way via Twitter, compliments of the Baby One More Time singers manager. The kids on the show would sing songs from her career throughout the episode, as long as they have a theatrical feel.

It is almost like American Idol where depending on the week, the contestants must pick a song by a certain artist or genre. After Madonna and the show both benefited greatly from her songs filling the show, the show may feature her more in the future.

Madonna and her people are into it and want it to happen, said Murphy.

And the Queen of Pop stated,
After the success of the Madonna centered episode, the trend may continue with Britney Spears on Glee. Whether she will appear or not we do not know, but theme shows may feature songs by this pop star and maybe Courtney Love.

The entire cast was amazing theyre all so talented. Ryan Murphy did a great job bringing all these elements together. [Daughter] Lola loved the show too. I wish I went to a high school like that If only.

So will they expand and will we see Britney Spears on Glee? No one know as of yet, but with the style of her songs and the show being about high school, I actually think it could be a good match. I am curious about how they would spin the life, career and music of this music artist.

With the TV sensation about an adolescent school chorus doing so well these days I think many celebrities will want to get in on the action as well. But as for Britney Spears on Glee, what do you think? Is this a good choice and what do you think the episode would be like? Let me know below, and check out more photos and a video of what could be one of the featured songs.
