Ashlee Simpson only filed divorce papers last month but it looks like the singer may be getting back into the dating pool already.
Ashlee and musician Craig Owens (previously of Chiodos) have been spotted together around L.A. E! reports the two have been caught snuggling and even leaning in for a kiss while doing some shopping. Craig recently formed his own band, after being kick out by Chiodos and just booked with the 2011 Vans Warp Tour.
26-year-old Ashlee married Pete Wentz in 2008 and they have one child together.
I dont know if she's looking at keeping that hairstyle but if I were her, I'd go back to brown & a longer length. Me no likey.
